All staff is not so friendly with any warm request. Also we wrote the email to deal with the request about pillow / blankets and reserved the luggage storage on the leaving date after with manager Alex. But there was no any notes in our booking reference. So we have to spend much time to deal with all we needs. Also extra charged the wrong breakfast bill for our stay. Have to get the time to deal with that also. Too much frustrated that makes us feel our English is bad.

The community is safe in Monterey, mostly Asians. Grocery is just across the hotel. A lot of restaurants nearby and everything is walking distance.
