Entry key/pin code was provided on whatsapp with instructions and it was easy to use that code.
Property didn't had any food and service facility. Even if I had needed a water bottle, I had to request using talabat (the delivery application). There was no food area etc nearby.
Secondly, it was said to have private pool, but it's not the private for the property, but of the all hotel apartments (several hundred apartments in the building).

Everything was clean and well organized. I really liked the place and highly recommend it.
The only area for improvement was the unavailability of room service.

The location and the size of the apartment were good
The room was full of insects. The property organizer were informed about the situation. They did what is necessary to be done. But still kitchen and the rooms were full of ants, spiders and others. attached some photos showing the insects
