Our group visited Austin to support and participate in the half marathon. The amenities were perfect for our group and we all enjoyed the backyard to relax afterwards!

The property was located in a great neighborhood, and had everything we needed to be comfortable and celebrate Christmas as a family. The pool was clean and warm (we paid the extra $400 for it to be heated) and the outdoor theater space was comfortable and functional. The kitchen was fully stocked and we loved the coffee/tea bar. It was a quick drive into the downtown, and there is an HEB five minutes away but the neighborhood is quiet and feels like you are out in Hill Country.
The property overall was fabulous and we had a wonderful stay. The hot tub had some residue in the bottom but did smell clean (we have one at home and can tell if chemicals aren’t balanced). We had some issues getting into the property because the phone number listed as a contact was wrong but once we finally reached the owners, they were great and responsive.

Accommodated 6 adults perfectly, pool, hot tub, fire pits. Great hang out spots all over.
