Vilamoura Marina Charming With Pool by Homing

The apartment was beautiful, spacious and very clean. The location was great with it being a 10 minute walk from the Marina and close to the supermarket. It was quiet other than the noise of the traffic but that didn't bother me since I love beside a busy road and am used to it. The pool area was very large and caught the sun all day long Good value for money

That there aren't sun loungers for guests to use. There were lots liked up by the poolside but they were all chained together with locks. They were owned by private residents. It would be nice if Homing bought some and chained with uomwoth a coded lock for guests to have exclusive use of. We also had an issue with the balcony door not locking. We reported this immediately and maintenance came out withon about 15 minutes. He couldn't fix it because it needs part. He said he would be back tomorrow. We stayed 5 nights and he didn't return the door was still not lockable. I would definitely consider going back if they invested in sun loungers

Jag gillade att kök och badrum var stort. Dessutom bekväma sängar samt bra dusch. Lägenheten kändes luftig med gott om utrymme för packning.

Strömmen gick ofta pga överbelastning vilket var irriterande. Det gick t.ex. inte att ha på ugn och vattenkokare på samtidigt. Dessutom så var toaletten dålig. Det gick knappt att spola vilket inte är så roligt om man bor många… Tycker dessutom att det var lite klurigt med in- och utcheckning, för många steg på olika sidor, detta borde verkligen förbättras

Apartamento com uma decoração muito suave e com peças bonitas e de bom gosto. Uma varanda maravilhosa com muito espaço. Bem localizado a 5´a pé da marina de Vilamoura. Zona fácil de estacionar embora esteja com bastantes empreendimentos em obras em volta deste aldeamento. Zona segura e limpa para se passear e relaxar. Perto da GNR, marina, supermercados, cafés, clinica e farmácia.

A casa não tem ar condicionado. Tivemos 2 dias com muito calor, e não era confortável estar em casa com o sol a bater de tarde. Tem apenas uma pequena torre de ventilação que não ajudou quase nada, não consegue refrescar a casa sendo a janela da sala e do quarto viradas a poente. Não sendo obrigatório, mas por cortesia o apartamento poderia ter na cozinha uma esponja e um bocadinho de detergente para lavar a loiça ou pastilhas para a máquina da loiça. Ajudava bastante em estadias de curta duração como foi a nossa.
