Cleanliness could’ve been a little better. Lots of dust and the couch may have dust mites as my sister and I were bitten a few times while sitting there. We first thought it was mosquitos but it only happened when sitting on the couch. I also noticed when I kicked my shoe under the couch on the last night, I had to move the couch a little and it is very dusty under there. It seems like things are swept under beds and couch rather than deep cleaned. I would suggest to update the shower curtain more often as I sprayed it down four to left over soap scum.

Walking distance to the ocean, allows pets, this was the second time staying in this duplex, upstairs and downstairs are both wonderful places to stay, love how peaceful and quiet the area is, it’s at a dead end street which is also nice not having a lot of traffic. Staff was friendly. Already booked for the summer! Gives plenty of towels for the week which we loved because usually places don’t give you many. Also has a washer/dryer in unit which is nice.

The only thing I can knock this property down for is it needs some cleaning, under the couch was disgusting (had to get one of my dogs toys out which is why I was looking), shower curtain also had a ton of pink mold on it so it had not been changed out for quite a while. The drawer in the fridge was also broken and I received quick responses from staff to let them know. Limited seating (one couch or barstools).
