1. The apartment is spacious, cozy, and flooded with natural light. 2. Spotlessly clean, with a Smart TV that worked perfectly. 3. Complimentary shower supplies were provided. 4. Lovely views from the windows. 5. Well‑equipped kitchen—plenty of cookware and utensils. 6. A small selection of card games for guests to enjoy.

1. Safety & location The neighborhood felt a bit unsettled. I noticed police cars circling the building three times during my stay, and one night I even called the police myself when someone rang our doorbell and loud shouting ensued with fight sounds in the middle of the night. The police arrived about 40 minutes later, stayed in their car for less than a minute and left without even bothering to take a look and check what is going on, so be prepared for a slow and useless police response. 2. Parking There’s no private or reserved spot—only free street parking. During my stay it was essentially impossible to find a space nearby. 3. Balcony access Although the apartment includes a balcony, it was closed for renovation. This didn’t affect my overall rating, but if having outdoor access is a priority, double‑check with the host beforehand.

Entrada com senha e fechadura eletrônica, apartamento bem decorado, aquecimento muito bom, cama muito confortável, no geral foi muito bom.

Poderia ter recebido as informações antes da chegada, o estacionamento é grátis como anunciado se você tiver sorte, impossível estacionar perto se chegar a noite, rua cheia de carros e quase impossível estacionamento. Poderia possuir forno na cozinha e maquina de lavar roupas no banheiro. A vista não é para as montanhas como descrito no anúncio.

لا يوجد تهوية في الحمام ولا توجد تهوية في المطبخ فعندما تقوم بطهي أقل الأشياء رائحة المكان والملابس تصبح كريهة لعدم وجود تهوية مع وجود سلم في مدخل المبنى غير متوازن والأرض غير مستوية
