Excellent location, friendly and responsive staff, very clean, easy to check in.

Bed. Everything was excellent except bed. It is so uncomfortable. I would give rating 10 to this property if they would change mattress. And mattress is one of the most important things in the property.

It was a wonderful stay in La Pineda and these apartments were a huge part of the positive aspects of the stay❤️ The owner, Luisa, was very kind. I contacted her in advance to get to know each other, as I was staying here for a month. As soon as I went into the apartment, I said, "Wow!" because the atmosphere here is so homey and comfortable, and it's immediately apparent! Luisa took care of everything in advance. The apartment was clean and had everything necessary for a long stay: a washing machine, a hair dryer, spare linens and towels, a mop, a broom, plenty of dishes, a lamp with different lighting, dishwashing liquid, a dish dryer, and so on. The neighbors are nice and friendly, they always say “Hola” and smiling. I'd never had any problems with them, only help in various situations. I want to express my deep gratitude for the opportunity to be in such a beautiful country and in such a bright apartment. The price is excellent for such an apartment for a month! I also want to point out to future tenants that the location is also excellent, with many shops nearby that are open even during the off-season. The sea is just a couple of minutes' walk away, and there's also a bus stop nearby, which is very convenient!
