This cozy and modern apartment with a terrace for 4 people, ideal for families, is located on the ground floor and consists of 2 bedrooms. (Tourist registration number: HUTT-062668-09).
The Pineda apartment has the most sought-after characteristics for perfect holidays, especially the community pool (right in front of the apartment, open from June to September), which will turn hot days into a delight, and its proximity to the sea, since the apartment is located on the second line from the sea.

Access: open-air parking in nearby building, elevator.
Kitchen: The American kitchen, with a glass-ceramic cooktop, is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and juicer.
Pool: non-heated pool, open all year round. Provides towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas.

Don't hesitate to stop in Siurana or Montblanc, some of the most beautiful towns in Catalonia.

-Guests will be required to take charge of the garbage generated during their stay, depositing it in the containers or established collection points before the end of their stay.
-All types of events and parties are strictly prohibited without the property's consent.
- We ask that you close the terrace gate in your absence, to prevent theft.

The apartment location was very good and Markus a superb host.
The pool area was in the shade a lot however, we had a very nice patio area and we could sit there.

El apartamento estaba al detalle y limpio, tenia todo lo necesario para pasar una buenas vacaciones. Cerca de la playa, restaurantes y supermercados. El dueño muy amable y generoso.

El apartamento está genial, decorado con mucho gusto. Es un bajo con una terraza que enamora, mi hija estaba feliz de cenar allí todas las noches. Tanto el dueño del apartamento como su madre encantadores. En el apartamento hay de todo. Además la piscina esta en la puerta del apartamento. El apartamento está en segundo línea de playa. La verdad que la ubicación es genial, cerca hay 3 supermercados. Es una zona muy tranquila, sobre todo hay familias con niños. Si volvemos a La Pineda seguro que repetimos.

¡El propietario del apartamento ha creado todo para un descanso confortable en el apartamento! hay absolutamente todo lo que necesitas, desde electrodomésticos hasta todo tipo de cositas, ¡para que no tengas que preocuparte de nada durante tus vacaciones! ¡Bravo! Alojamiento muy acogedor con una cómoda terraza y piscina justo en la puerta del alojamiento.
