The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, although the food choices were limited. I also like the overall design of the hotel, it's so cozy and homy.
The bed linen was dusty and looked old and worn. It felt a bit gross to lay your body on it. There was a weird smell coming from the wooden floor in my room. It took forever for the shower to get warm, and for the AC to cool down the room. The restaurant near the lobby was so small... It could get really packed during bfast time. Not a big deal in non-pandemic situation but definitely a major turn off if you want to keep some physical distance from other people.
