The property was central to all amenities. It was clean and comfortable.
The house was cold on arrival but the property management crew were quick to respond and got it sorted for us.

Location and beds
The house was cold on arrival and it took us until the next morning to figure out how to work the heating and all the radiators had been turned off. The house needs repairs and painting in places. For eg. awet patch on the living room ceiling and peeling paint in the ensuite up stairs. The house was average in terms of cleanliness. The bathrooms and kitchen were just ok and underneath the beds were dirty.
Also, on the morning we were leaving there was a car with 2 women ( I assume cleaners) sitting watching us for an hour or more packing our stuff into our cars. We found this very off putting as if we were being watched. Whilist the location of the house was good and we had an enjoyable weekend, I wouldn't book this house again.
