Posizione eccellente con affaccio sul porticciolo di Agia Effimia, vicino a ristoranti e bar. Ulteriore balconcino più intimo al primo piano. Struttura ampia, accogliente, due bagni, ampio salotto e camere comode. Condizionatori presenti e ventilatore al piano terra. Tutto assolutamente comodo. Parcheggi presenti nelle vicinanze. Ottimo per famiglie.
Un po’ caotico il passaggio di auto e clacson sotto casa ma legato alla posizione centrale.

La casa è splendida, arredata con gusto e dotata di ogni comfort: davvero non manca nulla. Le terrazze con vista mare sono il vero punto di forza e rendono il soggiorno ancora più speciale. La posizione è perfetta, proprio sul lungomare di Agia Efimia, con ristoranti e servizi raggiungibili a piedi e parcheggio gratuito a pochi passi. Un ringraziamento speciale all’host, sempre gentilissimo, disponibile e attento. Consigliatissima!
