La ubicación y la tranquilidad del sitio.
Falta de atención por la administración, cuando llegue no había nadie que me recibiera... Y estaba lloviendo, con las maletas en la calle. Si no hubiera sido por un huésped... que me abrió, me quedo un rato afuera y bajo la lluvia. La limpieza es esporádica, y no constante. Pedí un cambio de habitación porque estaba con alguien que no me dejaba dormír, e hicieron caso omiso a mi petición.

Las instalaciones muy buenas, limpias y cómodas. Por otra parte, la ubicación es muy buenas, cerca al estadio Atanasio Girardot, centro comercial y tiendas.
la habitación era compartida y tuve que pagar un extra para quedarme solo con mi pareja pero no hubo ningún incoveniente y resolvieron muy rápido y con buena atención. Debí mirar mejor las opciones que ofrecían pero todo muy bien.
