Czerniakowska 40 studio B

Convenient small studio in southern Warsaw. It's fully equipped with a kitchen (including microwave, kettle and 1 cooker), bathroom (with washing machine) and a room with TV. Located in on the 1st floor with big trees in front of the window so it didn't get too hot during summer heat. Easy contact and check-in/out with keybox. Lot of shops and supermarkets nearby. Bust/Tram station around the corner, ride is around 20 min. There's also a a bieksharing station around.

As it's also written in previous reviews this is basically one half of a real apartment so consequently it's quite small. Also the bed is rather a sleeping sofa with very hard mattress. Personally I'm totally fine with that but if you want a real big and soft bed you won't have a good sleep here. The main road is in front of the window so very noisy when opened. The window itself however isolates the noise superb. Overall the standard is basic but for the price it's totally fine.

Na duży plus kontakt z właścicielem - zgłosiłam usterkę elementu kabiny prysznicowej, od razu miałam umówionego przemiłego serwisanta. Pokój jest mały, ale na potrzeby jednej osoby wystarczający.

Ściany między apartamentami A i B są bardzo cienkie. Ruch uliczny również jest słyszalny, choć nie tak uciążliwy ze względu na lekkie oddalenie od ulicy. Mało miejsca w przedpokoju między oboma apartamentami. Ulokowanie toalety w lokalu B zaraz na wyjściu z kabiny - utrudniało wchodzenie i wychodzenie z tejże. W apartamencie jest pralka i suszarka, przydałoby się zostawić w łazience chociaż jedną-dwie kapsułki do prania.

Dla mnie lokalizacja była idealna, dojazd z dworca centralnego doskonały. Studio B czyste, łóżko wygodne. Wyposażenie aneksu kuchennego, bardzo dobre o ile nie będzie się gotować obiadu dla całej rodziny.

Sądzę że cena jest lekko zawyżona, ale rozumiem też sytuację mieszkaniowa w stolicy jest absurdalnie chora.
