Lazienki Krolewskie appartment

My wife and I stayed in this apartment for a month, and we quite liked it. The location is good, it is a quiet neighborhood, close to many parks. The apartment is on a side of the building that faces away from the street, thus not much street noise. While the area is not served by metro, there are bus lines going to nearly all parts of the city, as well as newly opened tram line that links with central railway station. Unfortunately, there is no direct connection to the airport. Note that apartment is on third floor with no elevator, so it is not suitable for people with mobility impairments. The apartment was very clean, but furnishing could be improved. There is no TV or microwave, the latter being a very strange omission. There is a washer, but no place to hang laundry to dry. All chairs in the apartment are upholstered and very worn out, they look 50 years old. They are uncomfortable to sit on and look ugly, so I don't understand why the host has not replaced them yet. My biggest complaint is WiFi. Advertised as 500 Mbps, it was anything but. Rarely I saw speeds higher than 10 Mbps, and at times the connection quality was so low that even static web pages were not usable. Several times I had to use my phone as a hotspot. I am removing one star, as WiFi was definitely not as advertised. Nonetheless, even with those issues, our stay was pleasant and we would choose this place again. In my opinion, most issues can be fixed easily and I implore the host to do so. Thank you!
