The location was amazing. Perfect to stay and enjoy the attractions in Yas Island. Very calm peaceful environment. The house was a comfortable stay. Staff was sooo supportive.

Little issue with cleanliness of sheets and mosquito.

The location is perfect, besides all Yas Island attractions and there are many activities you can do inside the place. The unit was clean,neat and the staff was friendly , helpful and cheerful .

I like that it is located in the middle of all parks and malls in Yas Island. There is also a grocery nearby in case you need to buy basic necessities. Delivery is available as well. The unit is clean and complete. It is perfect to those who want a quick getaway. The price for its value is underrated. Will definitely book again but if the same team (Skyhomes) will handle the booking, I will get away from this.

Lack of consideration of the part of the property management. Not the building owner or developer but the team who handles the booking and maintenance of the units (Skyhomes). We arrived earlier than scheduled, and although I am aware that early check-in is based on availability, I asked Skyhomes before check to send us a message should there be a chance to set us in. We arrived at the village close to 2pm, 1 hour ahead of the check-in time. We parked at the middle of the road because parking slots in these areas have security gates that you can only open with an access card. I went straight to the reception of the building and asked if its possible to check-in and they said that the unit is empty. I asked the receptionist if I should go to the security at the gates to register but the receptionist said that it is not needed, and that they have never done anything like that for all leased units. The procedures given by Skyhomes were 1. check-in with the security at gate 1/2 (wrong, because the security did not even stop us at the gate when we arrived. We spoke to the security and said they did not do that procedure even before) 2. go to parking slot (false, because without the access card, no one can enter the all parking slots except in the middle of the road or at the community center) During the check-out, i received a SMS stating that I have to send a photo of the keys left inside the room and I have to share the photo with them. If not, they will charge 200 an hour for late check-out. Seriously? In all the hotels we have stayed in, we just inform the reception when checking out. It is the responsibility of Skyhomes to check for broken, missing items and charge as appropriate. Whereas, it is a prerogative of the customer to take pictures and send photos. Skyhomes lacked empathy. Imagine that they have a 4-hour cleaning period since the check-out is 11 and check-in is every 3. At the very least, they should have offered safe parking.
