The location was very accessible within the city: near Aida's Inasal and Gina's Seafood House, which was really cool! Also, it's right behind Ayala Capitol.
Probably the bed, since it's a bit squeaky, but the pillows were really great. Was also able to sleep well. When we were there, it was raining almost all weekend, but good thing it's near the venue we're supposed to go (around Lacson).

Nothing
After making the reservation the owner contacted me and said my family couldn’t stay because there was 4 people. The apartment had a bed for 2 and a sleeper sofa for 2. Not sure why they canceled the reservation.
