The location is closer to the city center. It’s safe with security guard in the building. The host is responsive and accommodating. The place is not new but it’s clean. I left some things when we checked out, and the host was kind to inform me and made sure I’ll get my things back.
I hope they’ll provide parking for each guest. So, we don’t have to worry where to park if we come later at night. Sometimes we have to park far away and walk in the dark street. The futon bed is only an extra mattress but only a kid can fit because there’s not enough space to really extend the whole mattress.

Good location, and a lovely rooftop swimming pool. The room was clean and quite comfortable.

Location is the best. Near Lacson street where most of the Masskara Events/Concerts are located. Also its near grocery and fastfoods.
The elevator has a slight odor.

Close to downtown areas and lagoon park is a short walk away. Listened to live music and fed fishes at lagoon park.
Could have used an extra set of bed linen
