The room is the same as in the picture; clean and spacious. It was rainy during my visit, so I stayed in the room most of the time. The ambiance is very peaceful. The personnel are approachable and helpful too.

Fresh free watermelon and coffee for breakfast, but that’s the oniy thing for vegans. The view is great. Staff are kind.

Fansipan Terrace Cafe and Homestay has a good location with fantastic views. The restaurant on-site is good, and the rooms are very clean with beautiful views. The general staff was also polite and friendly, although unfortunately, they do not speak much English.

However, the owner was extremely unhelpful and completely indifferent. Two months before my trip, I messaged him while booking, and he assured me that everything (tours and transportation) could easily be arranged on site. Once I arrived, he showed zero interest in helping, gave no assistance with organizing a local tour, and offered no help with finding bus tickets back to Hanoi. I was left to figure everything out on my own and was ultimately forced to hire a much more expensive private driver. It is a nice property, but do not rely on the host for any travel assistance or customer service.
