Nice balcony, comfy bed, washing machine with laundry detergent,
Netflix. The studio apartment is compact but has pretty much everything you need. There is a Metro grocery store within 15mn walk.
It's a bit far away from everything. Going to Cebu City takes between 30mn to over an hour depending on traffic. Can be noisy due to the proximity of a very popular playground. Not many restaurant options around. Bugs. Could be a bit cleaner. Huge bucket filled with water in the bathroom that takes a lot of space. Would be nice to have some hand soap and a vegetable peeler.
