Great place

Very quick response and friendly and reliable conversation with the owner.
The condo was clean, well designed and tastefully furnished, had a quik internet access and sky cable TV. The bed was nice and comfortable.
The Seakyung Village 1 has a nice pool, a 24h/7 7eleven and a gym (at separate costs) inside. The Gaisano Grand Mall is not far.
However, one must be aware that it is situated at the end of Basak-Marigondong Road where especially during the rush hours heavy traffic and traffic jam is awaiting you regularily so that it can take quite long to go there using a car or a Trycicle. Right now (at the the end of July 2023) the situation has become worse because of a construction near Maringondong Chapel. This is one more reason that it will be a big an advantage to have your own transportation there.
At the toilett in the bathroom the toilett seat has been completely missing.
The TV was broken (1/4 of the display of the nice and big Philipps TV has not been visable because of a defect of the screen at the lower edge.
