El confort de l'apartament, tenia algunes coses per esmorzar i aigua fresqueta a la nevera. Era molt cèntric. La decoració molt xula. I que tingués rentadora ens va anar fantàstic.
Al ser tan cèntric hi havia molt soroll a la nit. Tant de gent com llavors dels serveis de neteja. Ell, sabent-ho, ofereix taps. Els tancaments són correctes, però hi ha molts bars a la nit.
