You can climb up on the lounge and lean on the window sill to see the amazing view over the rooftops! The interior is renovated and has a lift and the beds are very comfortable. Wifi works well. Located close to lots of great eating places in beautiful Ourense.

The apartment is one room with the toilet and shower areas separated off by partitions. They are not separate rooms and don’t give much privacy. The shower leaked out onto the floor sometimes and it needed a good scrub around the base. Noise from the street bars late at night woke me a few times. The biggest drawback for me was the lack of any service. Entry is by a code through WhatsApp and was tricky at first. I messaged and then initiated a phone conversation to help me get in. To enter the building you need to have your phone charged and your internet service working every time, or you will be locked out. There is no key or keypad for the front door. The sheets were not changed nor beds made for the 6 nights that I was there. On the 5th day I messaged and asked for fresh towels and more toilet paper and these were later left at the door. There was a small fridge but no other kitchen facilities (kettle?) or dining table as advertised. For the money, I would prefer accommodation where I have a key for entry and where there is staff available to provide service and hospitality.

Extremely well renovated building. Old facade and all new insides. Great design overall.

No human contact. All inquiries etc per WhatsApp. When I asked for clean towels, the online person said they talk to the manager … but we never saw anyone. We stayed for 5 nights and had no room cleaning done. I had to ask for fresh towels and TP. The room itself is extremely bare bones. No coffee maker or kettle. No drinking water except 2 little bottles on arrival. 2 mini soap tubes - enough for 1 shower each. After that, your towels are wet and there is no more soap to even wash your hands after using the toilet. The toilet stall is just some glass walls. If you are a noisy puffler, beware. The shower stall leaked all over the floor. Could have used a towel to mop it up.

Great clean and modern appartment.

Situated on a very busy nightclubbing street. Our room was up in the roof at the front of the property and at one point it felt like the room was shaking from the noise of the bass. Also very busy on the street with people drinking. If you want to sleep between 1 and 5 am keep scrolling - this is not the place for you.
