Clean and comfortable, neat Easy to Grab or take the MRT to many places

The keys were stuck in the postbox which delayed our check in and there were a lot of people waiting, only one security guard handling everything. Walkable distance from the MRT stop but you do have to cross very busy road junctions and is non-sheletered. Also you have to make sure to clear your own bins before leaving.

Key collection was easy the cleanliness was good Location was good accessible to trains comfort was acceptable. Towels and bed were good.

However, the check in time for a moving guest is a bit late. Recommend to make it 2:00pm as the check out time is fixed to 11:00am, the property still gets 3 hours to make the room ready for the next arrival guest. Hope this makes sense.

comfortable bed and the view is very beautiful lobby can see whole city also same with the bedroom has big window good view, toilet is clean and nice. Good that the involved parking lot package we can use the lift to bring the things to our room.

The floor is clean but sticky same as the table, we have to use wet tissue to wipe the table to use it. There also no water bottle provided. Have to bring own water or have to cook the water but no cup provided to drink. The WiFi is a bit slow. TV no Netflix member(needa login yourself account😂) but can watch YouTube.

Room was decent with comfortable bed and pillows. Linen, towels, bathroom and the overall apartment were all clean and fresh. While the view isn't amazing - you look out onto the highway - it is nice to look out at something. The gym in the building is sufficient with a few cardio machines and a small range of free weights - no barbells. The pool was great.

Probably the largest concern was that the room looks out directly onto a mosque, so the early calls to prayer might wake some people, as well as the road noise. It didn't bother us but light sleepers may find it hard. We chose the place as we wanted to see what other parts of KL were like but found the location is a bit average if you want to sightsee. There's good steet food nearby, and amenities such as laundries and minimarts, but it's in a regular suburb of KL so the major sights of KL are a few train stops away. Additionally, Pudu would be the best station to use, even if Google maps says otherwise. Dining chairs were cheap and flimsy backs, and the bathroom cabinets are worn.
