Its location was perfect for us. The security was very good especially with the private parking for our car.
Very comfortable beds, super shower facilities. A very well equipped kitchen and comfortable relaxing area. A smart TV enabled us to use our own streaming services, ensuring a home from home experience. Claudia is a super host.
Everything was lovely, I would suggest an extra lamp in the lounge for a bit more light, as the morning & evenings were getting dark (mid October)

Appartamento molto ampio e confortevole, a pochi metri dal centro, ottima sistemazione per gruppi di amici o famiglie, camere spaziose, molti affacci e punti luce, si vede che è una casa ben strutturata che offre un buon punto di partenza per la visita di Nepi. Certamente da consigliare.
Richiedere all'ospite di risistemare la cucina nel dettaglio, più volte. Se così si vuole, lasciare dei prodotti per la pulizia dei piatti (il sapone liquido era quasi finito e avevamo solo 1 pasticca per la lavastoviglie, certo per una notte va bene, ma non si sa mai). Più che altro, sarebbe opportuno che il personale si prendesse cura della pulizia delle forniture della cucina poiché... non tutti gli ospiti puliscono alla stessa maniera! Sono solo consigli, la mia recensione positiva già parla da sola.
