Logement moderne, propre et confortable, avec un emplacement idéal à proximité du centre-ville.
L’isolation phonique du logement pourrait être améliorée : les bruits des voisins ainsi que les aboiements d’un chien sont assez présents. Par ailleurs, un dispositif de contrôle du niveau sonore est installé dans le logement afin de limiter le bruit après 22 h.

La limpieza y la proximidad al centro.
El desayuno escaso y poco variado. El ascensor imposible, no accede a la planta directamente. Te ponen un aparato para controlar el sonido, pero se oye todo lo del piso de al lado. Olor a heces porque en el patio de luces hay un perro rodeado de cacas.
