Appartamento a piano terra di un condominio; veramente grazioso, molto pulito e curato, nelle vicinanze del ponte romano. Posizione strategica per arrivare comodamente in auto, parcheggiare senza difficoltà e essere in pieno centro con 12 minuti (veri) di camminata lungo il fiume. La host di una disponibilità eccezionale. L’appartamento è strutturato con 3 camere da letto sufficientemente ampie per cui può ospitare tranquillamente 6 persone (1 matrimoniale, 2 singoli, 1 castello), una cucina living, 1 bagno con doccia, piccolino, ma con tutto ciò che serve. È compresa la colazione e per strutture di questo prezzo è veramente una rarità.
Tutto perfetto, bisogna solo un poco combattere con la chiave del cancello ma temo dipenda dal condominio e comunque è veramente un particolare insignificante
