Het zwembad was prima en grootte van grond rondom het huis en de parkeergelegenheid onder een afdak waren erg fijn. Qua grootte voldeed het huis prima voor 8 volwassenen. Ook was er een fijne overkapping om onder te vertoeven.

De bedden waren slecht. We waren met 8 volwassenen maar in 2 van de 4 slaapkamers waren de bedden te klein en de matrassen slecht, je voelde de veren als je erop ging liggen. Bedden van 180 cm lengte en 80 cm breed zijn alleen geschikt voor kleine kinderen.
