A casa do Lago está num sítio mágico, a beleza da paisagem envolvente fizeram o nosso fim de semana. A casa está muito bem equipada e passamos momentos muito agradaveis no exterior e na piscina.

Our stay at Casa do Lago was truly incredible from the moment we arrived. The property is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos, which already looked amazing. The setting is absolutely stunning, right by the river and surrounded by nature, with such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere that it immediately makes you disconnect from everything and enjoy the moment. Waking up there in the morning felt almost unreal. The house itself is immaculate and extremely well cared for in every detail. Everything was perfectly clean and organised, the decoration is beautiful and cosy, the beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms are modern and spotless, and the overall quality of the house exceeded all our expectations. The garden is gorgeous and very well maintained, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing and spending time together. You can really feel the care and attention that was put into creating such a special place. We stayed there for a bachelorette weekend with friends and honestly could not have chosen a better place. It was the perfect combination of comfort, privacy, nature and beauty. At the same time, it would also be ideal for a family getaway or simply for anyone looking for peace and quality time away from the city. A special thank you as well to Sónia, who was extremely kind, welcoming, helpful and always available whenever we needed anything. She made the whole experience even better and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout the entire stay.

The only small downside was the road leading to the property, as it has many curves and some areas of the road are not in the best condition. However, this is obviously not related to the house or the owners in any way. During the day the drive feels completely safe and manageable, although at night it requires a little more attention and careful driving.

Localização excelente. Calmo, excelente para relaxar. Cozinha bem equipada, sala ampla.

O alojamento necessita de obras de remodelação e conservação num prazo curto. Provavelmente com o calor, as portas de pinho deformaram e não fechavam. O deck da piscina tem tábuas soltas que poder ser perigosas. O ar condicionado só está instalado na sala, pelo que não foi possível arrefecer os 3 quartos que, com esta onda de calor estavam a cerca de 42⁰c.
