Guangzhou Baiyun Airport Yunzhi 云智 Hotel near Terminal Two

location and staff was really friendly.

Staff were friendly. Bed was amazing. Room facilities were quite fun as all at push of a button (blinds, lights with different moods) & there was lovely music which came on when you turned on the shower which was a treat. Convenient to the airport. Great value. Breakfast is geared more toward Chinese cuisine but it was plentiful and yummy.

The carpet was the only thing that looked old/stained and could be replaced to make it feel cleaner. It was challenging getting the shuttle (it is “on call”, not regular) as I didn’t have local SIM and e-Sim didn’t work when calling them from my mobile so had to locate someone at the airport customer service desk in arrivals hall to call them and write details of the shuttle down/where to wait etc. Bigger hotel chains have regular shuttle services which are more convenient but I know what to do next time and would stay here again.

Just next to the airport, Clean, great facilities.

Front desk staff were helpful. Lady attending to breakfast was good. Food was not good.

Called for hotel bus service and for 20 minutes, they did not get the bus to come to airport terminal gate46. Had to call second time. This was 1am in the morning. Finally after 39 minutes we arrived at hotel. Phone number provided for bus service was not working. Had to call main desk.
