    We stayed at this hotel for a 14hr flight stopover. The hotel was about 20 mins by shuttle from the airport. The shuttle took 45 mins to arrive because it was taking other people. Whilst we booked for 3 people, the room was only prepared for 2 people, we had to ask for extra towels. Room service was efficient and the morning shuttle back to the airport was quick. It was clean and comfortable for a good price

    **Pros** * The bed was very comfortable. * Easy to access from the train station, making it a good option for first-time travellers to China. * The airport shuttle was free and easy to arrange. * The bathroom towels were a good size and of decent quality. **Cons** * The Wi-Fi was slow and frequently dropped out. * The hotel is located just before a major highway junction, so it's quite noisy and the air quality isn't great. * It takes around 50 minutes to reach the city via the metro, so I wouldn't stay here unless it was for a short layover. * The fridge wasn't turned on when I checked in. It was a 35°C day, and I was looking forward to putting some cold beers and water in it. Instead, I had to plug it in myself, and it took around five hours to cool down. * The in-room guidebook advises guests to contact Guest Services if they need certain items or services, but whenever I asked for something, I was told to get it myself. For example, I needed ice because the fridge wasn't cold. Although the guidebook says ice can be provided, the front desk told me to go downstairs to the restaurant and ask the staff for it. I'm not sure why a guest who doesn't speak the language would be expected to do this. The same thing happened with laundry. The guidebook states that a laundry service is available, but when I asked, I was told there was a washing machine in one of the rooms and that I could do my own laundry instead. * Bathroom was mouldy and the shower had no pressure at all.
