Lokalizacja super, blisko sklepy, park dostęp do plaży.
Niestety nie do końca zadbano o czystość w obiekcie . Zaniedbania w łazience i kuchni widoczne gołym okiem. W kuchni brak kompletnej zastawy choćby dla 4 osób. Nie ma w czym zrobić sobie gorących napoi. Bateria zlewozmywakowa tak zaniedbana, że kamień i osad można skrobać z całą warstwą, szklanki brudne, tak samo jak rolety w kuchni .W opisie obiektu brak informacji, że znajduje się w bloku na 4 piętrze bez windy i jest to problematyczne. Lampka nocna z urwaną żarówką co stanowi realne zagrożenia .W żaden sposób nie mogłam uruchomić telewizora.
