Diamond Club - Sea VIEW

Super apartament,w idealnej lokalizacji. Czyściutko ,doskonały kontakt z personelem. Na pewno wrócimy.

Jedna rzecz do poprawy ;) sugerowałabym jakieś rozwiązanie ,bo po kąpieli woda wypływa na pół łazienki ,co jest uciążliwe.

Położenie i bliskość do morza/sklepów/dobrej pizzerii (w tym samym budynku), widok z okna, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia (w tym kapsułki do zmywarki, filtry do ekspresu do kawy etc.), obecność sprzętów typu odkurzacz, co przy ilości piachu przyniesionego znad morza jest dosyć istotne, obsługa szybko zareagowała na komunikat o braku prześcieradła i dostarczyła nowe. Ogólnie czuliśmy się bardzo dobrze.

Niestety wąskie łóżko, zatkany odpływ/słabło zaprojektowany prysznic, bo woda lała się na łazienkę i korytarz, konieczność uiszczenia kaucji w wysokości 500zł, która zwalnia się dopiero po 2 tygodniach(ale na prośbę została zwolniona wcześniej, więc to super!)

We had a problem with the keys, it was not clearly explained where they would be. The host speaks only Polish. The other service staff speaks English, but there are even several people on the same phone and no information is being transferred, so we have received quite a few calls with the same issue. From the beginning it was strange that they didn't charge 50% of the advance payment for the reservation, so we tried to contact them in every possible way before the trip, there was no answer for several days. When we wrote in Polish, we only got a reply that an agent would contact you. When we arrived at the apartments, we found them completely untidy, garbage, dirty towels and bed linen were left behind. When we called them, they promised to fix everything. After an hour, everything was fixed. It is not written anywhere that these apartments are on the 15th floor and the sea is only 2 kilometers away. Next time we will choose other apartments. This is our third time in Gdańsk and we have never had such problems with service and communication.
