Gérante très souriante ainsi que son époux.
Très grande chambre.
Pas de bouteilles d'eau fournies mais mise à disposition d'une bonbonne entière scellée, ce qui est vraiment plus qu'appréciable, merci pour cela.
Prix compétitif.
Peut-être proposer un frigidaire à partager entre les différents hôtes?
La porte de la chambre est vitrée et il n'y a pas de rideau donc la lumière a été présente jusque tard et a commencé très tôt, mettre un rideau serait à envisager.

Homestay sạch sẽ, gọn gàng, ngăn nắp, có cửa sổ nên rất thoáng. Có ban công đầy nắng để phơi đồ, mình đi phượt bằng xe đạp cần giặt đồ nên có chỗ phơi đồ, điều này rất tuyệt.
Chị chủ homestay thân thiện, nhiệt tình, hiếu khách, hỗ trợ mình hết mức có thể. Trước 12h là trả phòng, hôm nay mình tham gia giải chạy Marathon ở Quy Nhơn, lại đi xe đạp, chị biết mình mệt nên cho mình ở thêm vài tiếng ngủ để lấy lại sức.
Cảm ơn lòng tốt của Chị chủ homestay, nếu có quay lại Quy Nhơn hi vọng mình sẽ có cơ hội lưu trú tại đây.
Điểm 10 tuyệt đối!!!

Хороший небольшой отельчик. В очень тихом и спокойном месте, можно сказать за городом. Но в то же время всего 1,5 км до автостанции, где можно сесть в автобус практически на любое направление
Душ и туалет не в самом номере, а рядом с ней. Но он не общий с кем то, просто такое расположение. Так что это небольшое неудобство
