Comfortable, clean and cozy hotel! The room and bed was very comfortable, amenities included a mini fridge, air conditioning, complementary water, toiletries and a balcony. The owners are friendly and welcoming. Location is perfect, close to convenient stores and restaurants. The price was great too 300k per night.
One thing to note is that you will hear people in the rooms next to you. Wasn’t an issue for me however.

They use quality things when possible. The wardrobe's woody smell is good!
No soundproofing, at all. I had to listen to the room next door's Baby Shark for the whole afternoon. And then crying at night. There's a shy cockroach in the bathroom. There's no table to work with laptop.
