La localisation, un peu plus authentique que les Ramblas et la pl Catalunya, le marché Santa Catarina,la cathédrale à quelques minutes, la plage à 20 minutes à pied. Les petites rues alentour.la basilique de Santa Maria d'El Mar surtout Lison rooftop
Le quatrième sans ascenseur transforme toute sortie en expédition, surtout la montée et descente des bagages. La terrasse est au dessus de l'appartement...au sixième étage du coup, il faisait trop chaud pour en profiter. L'appartement et l'immeuble ont vraiment le charme de l'ancien,mais il vaut mieux voyager léger et être en forme,pour en profiter.pour nous c'était faisable, mais avec l'âge ou un problème de santé,moins

An authentic two level home in an excellent location. The AC works great. The balcony is lovely. My family of 4 hade a wonderful time.
There are 71 steps to get to the apartment. If you can’t do stairs, this is not the place for you. But if you can, so worth it.

Es liegt in der Altstadt und ist trotzdem gut mit dem Bus, der Metro oder einem Taxi zu erreichen. Naïma ist eine freundliche Gastgeberin, die über WhatsApp Kontakt zu uns hielt. Da es dort keinen Autoverkehr gibt, ist es ruhig. Die Dachterrasse war der Grund, warum wir uns dafür entschieden haben. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung hat Flair. Es sieht aus wie auf den Photos.
Und hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren zu dritt dort. Mehr würde ich nicht empfehlen. Das kleine EZ oben ist sehr karg, hat keine Verdunkelung und auch keine Klimaanlage. Das Fenster des unteren Raumes zeigt zum Hausflur, man hört ihn kommen und er könnte ins Zimmer schauen. Außerdem ist es nur durch einen Vorhang vom Wohnzimmer abgetrennt.
