A Casa di Edel

The room is clean and well taken care off. It has a modern and up to date look. It's right down in the historic centre, so the location is great. Facilities like bed, shower etc were fine. Had a good stay!

The communication with the manager was a little difficult. During the whole stay we never saw anyone. Through WhatsApp we were asked to send pictures of our passport and leave money for the tourist tax on the table in the room. When I explained sending my passport through WhatsApp didn't feel safe and asked for a personal handover I was told he couldn't come. When I asked for taxi arrangements to the airport I got an Italian number and the message I had to call them myself. So in the end the management didn't seem very hospitable but it didn't influence our stay

Perfecte locatie, heel schoon, host was heel behulpzaam en geïnteresseerd. Een fijne plek die ik iedereen kan aanraden. Wat wel handig is te weten dat er geen lift is en dus met de trap naar de 4e etage moet. Voor ons geen probleem, maar zal niet voor iedereen zo zijn.

La struttura si trova in una posizione fantastica, nel pieno del centro storico, praticamente avevamo tutto a portata di mano, la posizione così centrale permette di vivere Napoli in modo davvero autentico. La camera era pulita, accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Un ringraziamento speciale a Giuseppe, che è stato davvero super gentile e sempre disponibile: ha risposto a ogni nostra richiesta praticamente in tempo reale, fornendoci tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno e facendoci sentire accolti durante tutto il soggiorno. Consigliatissimo!!

posizione

Molto piccolo, al massimo per due persone, bagno angusto, doccia piccolissima senza appoggio per i prodotti (bisogna appoggiarli per terra ed è impossibile piegarsi se si supera la taglia 40 e i 160cm), un unico appendino per gli asciugamani, bagno cieco e aspiratore rotto. In tutto l’ambiente (camera, entrata con divano letto, e bagno) c’è un’unica finestra, piccola, in entrata, che dà su un cortile (pittoresco). Claustrofobico e con aspiratore del bagno rotto decisamente poco vivibile... Perfetto per chi ha poche pretese, vuole spendere poco e stare in pieno centro tra le viuzze popolari. Personale gentile, risponde subito a qualsiasi richiesta.
