Huge apartament with all you need for a perfect holiday

The apartment was stunning and great value for money! Easy to access when arriving through the main door passcode then the key lockbox outside the apartment. Very safe as all terrace doors were easy to lock. All of the rooms were so spacious, the bedrooms all had balconies and the living areas both led to the main terrace which was large with a lovely table and chairs as well as loungers. The decor inside was also lovely as were the bathrooms (one main and one ensuite). The beds were all comfy with plenty of storage and each bedroom had good AC/heaters. The kitchen had all you needed with glasses, plates, dishwasher, coffee machine. The location was great as well - near convenience stores and just a short walk to the seafront where you can find restaurants or the ferry to Valetta which was very easy. Malta is a fairly small island so easy enough to get to the main areas such as Saint Julians, Valetta, and Mdina. We mainly used Uber or Bolt but I'm sure public transport is very doable as there were plenty of bus stops and buses going by at the promenade. Overall a wonderful stay and such a gorgeous apartment. If I came back to Malta I would definitely consider staying in the same apartment again.

The only slight negative was although the showers were good and functioned fine, we did struggle with one of them as it was one you had to hold up in a bath and it leaks slightly so we did try to contain it within the bath but it could overflow a bit. However, there was still the ensuite in the larger bedroom with a standing shower.

Good location, away from the bustle but easy short walk for buses, ferries, seafront, bars, restaurants. Very spacious apartment, comfortable, quiet.

The main bathroom floods if you try and use the shower head. The small patio off the second bedroom has a metal storage cupboard for deck chairs etc but it’s dilapidated and doors hanging off, in the high winds it clanked all night and disturbed our sleep. Please replace/fix the cupboard.

Die Wohnung an sich ist schön und groß, die Lage ist gut, alles zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Der Besitzer hat zwar schnell und freundlich reagiert aber konnte oft nicht weiterhelfen. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist schön.

Jetzt kommen ganz viele ABER: - Wie schon in anderen Bewertungen steht, ist das gemeinsame Badezimmer zum Duschen nicht geeignet und sogar gefährlich. Egal wie vorsichtig man duscht, der Boden wird sehr nass. Es gibt keine Fußmatte im Bad, keine Handtücher für die Füße. Nach dem Duschen ist der Boden extrem nass und rutschig. Auf Nachfrage nach einem zusätzlichen Tuch für die Füße oder zumindest einem Lappen womit man abwischen kann, wurde geraten den Wischmop zu nutzen. Der Wischmop war allerdings extremst dreckig und eklig. - Die Wohnung ist nicht gut ausgestattet, es fehlen ganz alltägliche Sachen wie Pfannendeckel, Schere etc, ich schweige von Weingläser. Pro Person gibt es nur 1 großes und 1 kleines Handtuch für 4 Tage und 1 Spühltab für die Spülmachine. Es gibt auch keine Ersatzbettwäsche. Es sind sehr viele Schränke in der Wohnung aber alle leer und es fehlt an sehr viele Sachen. -Wir haben die Reinigungskraft noch getroffen, sie war fast 6 Stunden mit der Reinigung beschäftigt, trotzdem war der Boden hinter dem Bett verstaubt und dreckig, auf der Terrasse standen volle Aschenbecher und angefangene Bierdlaschen, unter dem Kissen im Wohnzimmer waren Kartoffelchips. -Die Matratzen sind komplett durchgelegen und man hört jede Bewegung. -Das warme Wasser reicht max für 2-3 Leute wenn man schnell duscht. Generell könnte man aus der Wohnung so viel mehr machen aber es fehlen hier und da überall die Kleinigkeiten, die so eine Ferienwohnung ausmachen.
