Location is good, very spacious apartment
Downstairs neighbor. Before we entered the apartment and checked in and picked up the keys, a rude man approached us on the street and started telling us to be quiet and that he could hear everything. The next day, as we were walking up the stairs, after 30 seconds of being quiet, the neighbor jumped out at us and started shouting. She was very mean.

Huge apartment with lots of space and well equipped kitchen. Easy to get in and find it.
The water pressure is the bare minimum, couldn't really shower because of it. Even tough only having 2 rooms with air conditioning isn't a problem, the ventilator placed in the other rooms are really old and loud. One toilet lid was broken.

Большая квартира. 2 ванные комнаты.
Холодильник(с него не приятно пахло)мебель старая :( .Кровати одноместные не комфортные старые и скрипучии,в ванной комнате все старое :( квартира требует обновления.Посуда была грязная ,липкая ,на тарелках и чашках были сколы :( В кастрюле было пригоревшее дно и даже не было кухонной мочалки чтоб помыть посуду :( Фен практически не дул :( (давно требует замены).Требовали сортировки мусора а в квартире одно ведро 🪣🤷‍♀️. Большая просьба к хозяину квартиры не писать так много смс ЛЮДИ ПРИЕЗЖАЮТ ОТДЫХАТЬ.
