This is a very lovely hotel in the middle of the old city. The interior is charming and the staff is awesome.

Unfortunately, despite the fantastic nice people at the front desk, they serve breakfast starting at 8.30. First morning they moved fast. Today I was downstairs at 8.28 but he started setting up the tables and starting to work on breakfast at 8.30 and actually I received tea and food at 8.48. This caused a significant delay in my travel plans and arrival late at the airport. The location of the hotel requires internet and active data to follow directions. There are no signs for the hotel on the street until you reach it. (Like it seems all the hotels in the old city). The room is generously appointed and cozy but the fridge in the closet is useless without a plug, just as well the tray for making tea/coffee with no plug. The air conditioner is great but it cannot work without batteries in the remote. The bed is squeaky and the brass handles in the bathroom are falling off the wall. The batteries in the fire detectors need to be changed, they beeped continously for the last 24 hours. Seriously?

В Старом городе, близко и до старинных объектов, и до станции метро, идти минут 5-7. Хороший завтрак из свежих продуктов. Мне хватало. Персонал прекрасный, почти все , за исключением одного вечера, говорили на русском. Организуют трансфер в /из аэропорта

Единственное, что не очень хорошо, что за три ночи ни разу не было уборки. Ну ладно уж уборки, полотенец в шкафу хватит надолго, но мусор из корзин надо убирать каждый день, не дело три дня смотреть на заполненные корзины.

The staff were very nice - location for me was ok in the old town - had a fridge - breakfast was ok, although it would be nice to ask what you liked - the price was good.

Taxis didnt know location on arrival was charged 5 euros old town fee on departure 2 euros which is correct by taxi- No elevator - two floors rooms very small - smelling and a/c not working right. Decoration run down not a room where you want to be for a long time, just sleep. They didn't like to take credit cards wanted cash and their machine didn't take american cards - for me it was all a disappointment
