Cheerful 3 Bedroom Beach Front Cottage with Fire Place

Beautiful location, peaceful, clean

Whistling upstairs when windy, but to be fair it was VERY windy

Ocean front, great views, safe area, convenient to restaurants and highway access, clean house.

Good house, just a little dated and run down. Could use some TLC to freshen it up.

The sunshades were for the both top and bottom floor on doors as well, as it was hindering for us to sleep and watch the tv in the morning

You advertise w/fireplace. There should be an actual working fireplace. You also need to install a hot water tank that supports the jet tub you also advertise. The hot water ran out before being able to fill the tub. During our 1 night stay, we had enough hot water for 1 shower & not even a full tub. The 2 main reasons I booked this for an overnight getaway for my wife bday away from the kids: fireplace & jet tub- NEITHER was able to be enjoyed. Very disappointing. Also, the main bed was quite honestly the most uncomfortable mattress we've ever slept on. We were able to get a few hours of sleep & both have stiff necks. Lastly ,you need to put a curtain on the main bedroom deck door. It's impossible to get any rest with the sun blaring in your face.
