Bohemian Beach Oasis- Welcome to paradise and your own private beach!

This was the perfect place for us to stay for our nieces Connecticut wedding. The house was spacious, which made it comfortable for our family. It was bright and welcoming. The beach was an easy 2 minute walk, and we enjoyed the restaurants that were in walking distance. Off-street parking was a plus.

the garbage was not put out before our stay so garage and house smelled opened the windows and all eas fine

The host was very welcoming and responsive to all of our questions. When asked if there was a roasting pan for a turkey, it was delivered upon our arrival! Great kitchen and the rooms were all very comfortable. Perfect for our family get together close to Yale, and definitely appreciated being able to bring my dog :)

Good location, good rental. Wanted a place close to the beach as we were in town celebrating a family milestone. The location is decent with a quick walk to beach (a lot of rocks and cold water and seaweed - not that this is the rentals issue, but just letting you know). Bonfire grill is close and good food. The rental communication was great, gave us code and instructions in timely manner. The hold from a 5 star, is that a 5 star is in excellent condition and you feel like on vacation. The rental is good and in good condition. But not in excellent condition and only has 2 showers for 8 people. The up upstairs is small and hot. The upstairs was functional with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The main level was good and enough room for everyone to eat and talk. The garage had a pool table that was used and some beach chairs to use. A nice place.
