Good value for money

The apartment was very clean and well taken care of. The host was very attentive.

The couch is not the most comfortable to sleep on and a kitchen is too small for 4 people to eat together.

Highly recommend for an economical base from which to see all Paris

An excellent alternative to a Central Paris hotel at twice the price. The metro is only 100m away and has a lift so bags do not have to be carried up stairs like most paris Metro. Only 20 minutes by metro to all the famous Parisian attractions and metro price the same as from a central city hotel. Good supermarket right next door. Fully automatic washing machine drier in the apartment

Finding the keys to get in was difficult. The instructions were not particularly clear in English and no way of contacting owner without a phone that worked in Paris on arrival. Would have been good if the TV had some English language channels. Would have been good if there were some documentation in English on the metro tickets / pricing options and how to buy each option

Super logement

Le logement. Parfait pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant (6 ans dans notre cas). Proche d’un commerce (moins de 100m d'un Lidl). Proche d'une bouche de métro (juste après le Lidl) qui dessert le centre de Paris (environ 30min).

Le logement est vraiment bien mais l'aspirateur n'aspire rien du tout... Peut être mal insonorisé mais il y a pire. Le voisinage fait l'effort. Le stationnement est payant dans la rue. Il faut le prendre en compte dans le budget. Sans compter le prix des transports (2,50 € le ticket de metro/RER)

Excellent séjour 😃

Appartement bien équipé,fonctionnel et très propre au calme Super emplacement a 70m du métro M4 qui dessert tout le centre, Notre-Dame… Elody est toujours très attentive à nos besoins et y répond sans problème. Un grand merci Elody car nous avons passé un très bon séjour

Pied à terre idéal

Merci Elody pour votre accueil (du soleil en plein hiver), votre gentillesse et votre disponibilité, qui ont grandement facilité notre séjour (même si court). Votre nid douillet plein d'attentions, nous a conquises, ma mère et moi. Literie top (option lits séparés chouette), ascenseur, déco, confort, calme, tout nous plaît. Un bonheur de retrouver Montrouge avec tout à proximité et un point de départ idéal pour visiter Paris, aller à la Vache Noire, au parc Montsouris, à l'aéroport d'Orly (bus 320 en face puis ligne 14 et bientôt ligne 15 et ligne 14), sans compter le Lidl juste en bas, le marché, les commerçants et l'esprit de Montrouge, qu'on adore, tout en étant comme chez soi.

Séjour très décevant. Si vous voulez être tranquille, choisissez un autre logement.

Notre séjour a été une expérience très difficile, marquée par une non-conformité grave et un sentiment constant d'être surveillé. Nous avions réservé et payé pour quatre personnes. À notre arrivée, nous avons constaté qu'il n'y avait pas de couchage adéquat pour quatre. Cette situation inacceptable nous a forcés à demander à deux des personnes de notre groupe de partir et de trouver un autre hébergement, ce qui a gâché leur séjour et entraîné des coûts supplémentaires. L'annonce est clairement mensongère sur la capacité du logement. Un appareil de mesure de bruit était installé sans avoir été clairement signalé dans l'annonce. Nous nous sommes sentis obligés de fouiller l'appartement pour vérifier l'absence de caméras dissimulées. Après avoir touché cet appareil, nous avons subi des remontrances de l'hôte, qui a ensuite utilisé les données pour contrôler notre niveau sonore. Ce comportement est une atteinte à la vie privée et a rendu la jouissance paisible du logement impossible. L'appartement était excessivement chaud et il était impossible de régler le chauffage, rendant les nuits très inconfortables. L'état général de propreté était en deçà des standards attendus pour une location saisonnière.

Perfekt für einen Kurzztrip

Es war sehr sauber und ordentlich! Alles was für einen Aufenthalt wünschenswert ist, war da! Elody ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin!

Das Schlafsofa war zum schlafen unbequem und kurz um mit ausgestreckten Füßen zu liegen!

Cómoda y con una buena ubicación

La ubicación es muy buena, el apartamento tenia todo lo que se requería para una estancia cómoda.

No se pudo abrir el sitio de recogida de las basuras que se encuentra dentro del edificio puesto que la puerta estaba con llave y no la teníamos, por lo que, debimos ir a buscar lejos donde botar las bolsas de basura para no dejarlas en el apartamento.

Un ottima soluzione per visitare Parigi

Appartamento molto pulito, dotato di tutti i comfort. A 50 mt dalla fermata Barbara della linea 4. Sotto casa é presente un lidl. Letti comodi. Tutto conforme alla descrizione, Elody molto disponibile.

Secondo me da aggiungere qualche stoviglia in più (es. Una padella in più) e tazzine da caffè che non sono presenti. Purtroppo nel letto matrimoniale non era presente il lenzuolo e la prima notte abbiamo dormito con il solo coprimaterasso, ma il problema é stato prontamente risolto la mattina seguente da Elody che per scusarsi ci ha lasciato delle bevande in omaggio.

Proximité immédiate du metro et d’un commerce alimentaire, propreté des lieux , qualité de la literie , hôte investi , équipements du logement +++ : lave linge , lave vaisselle, fer à repasser , sèche cheveux et surtout la climatisation pour des journée chaude d’été à Paris ! Parfait et proche de Paris

Bel appartement très propre et confortable avec tout l'équipement nécessaire pour se sentir comme chez soi. La ligne de métro 4 juste en bas de l'immeuble pour aller à Paris est très pratique. Environ 30 minutes de trajet pour le centre de Paris. Également un magasin Lidl dans la rue. Communication rapide avec la propriétaire. Sans hésiter, si besoin, je retournerai dans cet appartement.

L'isolation de l'immeuble. On étend beaucoup les voisins dans les couloirs et dans les appartements.
