**Wonderful hospitality and exceptionally clean** I had originally planned to stay here in March. Communication via LINE was very easy, and the host always replied quickly. Unfortunately, due to severe weather, my flight was unable to land in Beigan and had to return. The host cancelled my reservation without any problems and did not charge me anything, which I greatly appreciated. I was finally able to visit in July and was picked up directly from the airport. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. A member of staff who spoke English helped me with everything, and I was immediately provided with a scooter, which made exploring the island very convenient. The room was small, but exceptionally clean, and the same was true of the bathroom. The room had air conditioning, a dehumidifier, a television, a kettle and everything I needed. Coffee was also available at any time in the common area. Cat lovers will probably feel especially at home here, as around 15 cats live at the property. Naturally, some are more interested in being petted than others, which is simply part of living with cats. The atmosphere was open, personal and very friendly. I am sure that with better Chinese I would have received countless recommendations about places to visit around the island. At the end of my stay, the hosts also drove me back to the airport. I felt very comfortable and would gladly stay here again. I especially recommend this accommodation for its warm hospitality, outstanding cleanliness and personal service.
