整體空間非常乾淨，男主人提供準時港口接送，女主人親手烹調的早餐非常可口，夫妻都十分溫暖親切，也樂於分享旅遊經驗和提供建議，讓客人賓至如歸。地理位置佳，前往島嶼各景點很方便。民宿只有兩間房，一二樓都有共用衛浴間，對客人算是非常方便夠用。
但有一小小尷尬：二樓小型共用廁所與雙人房〈1大床〉只有薄牆相隔，牆壁上方有頗大縫隙，一方如廁時可清楚聽到對方聲音，隱密性不佳。

民宿沒有招牌，在津沙小館隔壁。地點在津沙港邊離北海坑道算近，追藍眼淚是方便的選擇。 老闆娘人很好，有美味的早餐，風味真的跟本島不同，好吃。 房間隔音比較差，因為房間在廁所旁，常聽到腳步聲和開關門聲，床有點硬，淺眠的人會睡不太好。屋頂用木頭搭建，有種住小木屋的感覺，夏天來住應該不錯。
