Lage ist optimal, kurze Wege zum Strand oder zum Supermarkt. Sehr freundlicher Hausherr. Gute Lösung mit dem Schlüsseltresor. Haus ist gut ausgestattet.
Innenhof ist nicht sehr gemütlich. Es ist sehr laut und hellhörig.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet( Backofen, Spülmasschine, Mikrowelle uvm.),sauber, liegt zentral. Gute Matratzen.
Die steile Treppe zum Schlafzimmer ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Schade, dass die Zentralheizung nicht funktioniert - es war recht kalt beim Ankommen. Es stehen aber zwei Heizkörper zu Verfügung ( elektronisch), die recht schnell die Räume aufwärmen.
