Good location. Accommodation OK but not as great as some of the reviews might lead you to believe.
An email arrived prior to arriving with the key code and this had some photographs attached showing exactly where the property was located. Location was good. There was plenty of room for 2 people. There was a parking permit available for the local public carpark, which was great, although this was about 10 minutes from the apartment. Not a big deal, you just maybe need to be aware that it's not right outside.
The biggest gripe is that on the last day whilst packing our car, the hosts decided to clean the property before we had finished and without asking if it was ok. We were still within our time before we needed to leave. As it happened, we were planning to go back in to use the facilities before our trip home, we weren't expecting to find that our things had been moved. The excuse that there were other properties to clean, sorry it just wasn't reasonable.
The accommodation is basically situated under the home of the owners with the entrance at the rear of their home and there is another holiday let in the garden area.
You can hear the owners walking around.
The heating is controlled by the owners from upstairs who clearly had their own idea as to when it should be on. This resulted in the apartment being colder than you might like at some times or coming home to find it very hot in there. There was a plug in electric radiator available, but wasn't the best solution; there should be more control available to the renters.
The lounge area looked out over the veranda and the bedroom led into the lounge, but there was neither a door, nor a curtain closing off the bedroom from the lounge and so you needed to be aware that you could potentially be seen by the occupants of the other accommodation whilst in the bedroom.
There was no curtain or blind at the back door so you need to remember to wear something at night going to the kitchen or loo
Not a big issue for us, as we tend to eat out when on holiday, but there was no oven, nor microwave at the property.
If you are on the tall side it isn't such a problem, but the only mirror in the property, which was in the bathroom, was quite high up for someone on the short side.
The towels in the bathroom were more like hand towels than bath towels.

Koude vloeren, geen afwas- of wasmachine, sommige keukenspullen / glazen waren niet helemaal schoon (lang niet gebruikt?), geen deur tussen woon- en slaapkamer.

Bei der Ankunft waren auch die netten Vermieter zugegen!
Vorab wurde uns von den Vermietern ein Parkplatz auf einem öffentlichen Großparkplatz reserviert , der ca. 1 Kilometer weg war.
Das Ladegerät von unserem Pedelecs hatten wir vergessen - die Vermieter haben uns freundlicherweise ein passendes Ladegerät für die Zeit geliehen!
Die Parksituation in Noodwijk ist eher suboptimal - sämtlche Strassen in der Nähe des Apartments sind zugeparkt.
Aber da können die Vermieter ja nichts dafür;-)

Ganz tolle Sous-Terrain-Wohnung, ca 500m vom Strand weg 😉Sehr sauber, modern, liebevolle Accessoires! Unsere Vermieter sind extrem nett, haben sich um den Parkplatz gekümmert, es hat alles super funktioniert!
Einziger Nachteil: die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig, man hört jeden Schritt, jedes Niesen, Staubsauger… wenn man viel Zeit in der Wohnung verbringt, ist das auf Dauer ein wenig störend..

Süße kleine Unterkunft die keine 5min vom Strand entfernt liegt. Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig und sehr zentral und ist ansprechend eingerichtet. Wirklich gefehlt hat es uns ans nichts. :)

De locatie was goed, badkamer goed, bedden waren goed. Dichtbij strand en stad.
De inventaris in de keuken viel wat tegen. Als je uitgebreid wilt koken dan mis je een aantal zaken zoals een wok bijv.
De koekenpannen mogen wel eens vernieuwd worden.
In de keuken zou het misschien handig zijn als er gordijn voor de keukendeur hangt ivm pricacy en tocht.
