Up 2 flights of stairs and some noise - to be expected in such a central location.

Great central location. Clean and comfortable. Good air conditioning.
Only 2 coffee pods for 3 days for 2 people. Also very noisy neighbour who got up at 4.50am every morning and made very very loud noises. Impossible to sleep through. Apartment is also up 2 flights of stairs.
