Luxury Mar Menor

View from the balcony was amazing. Aminities Communication with host

Check in process and coordination which brought frustration on day 1. It is best they communicate mode of payment of the deposit upon confirmation. Need to fix hingers in the kitchen and hand shower holder.

Excellent air conditioning & fan in bedroom. Washing machine, dishwasher & utensils in the kitchen airer/iron & ironing board Pool view Large swimming pool Apartment, bed linen & towels were clean

Only one set of keys to the apartment and outside gate, not ideal when guests want to access complex & apartment individually. When checking out we were told to leave the keys for apartment & outside access gate in the apartment, this meant we were then locked inside the complex as we had no key to open the outside gate to get out! Dining chairs worn & tatty sofa bed too narrow for 2 people Only 3 bath towels supplied The complex staircase is in desperate need of repair, tiles broken on steps, very unsafe to walk on. The price was expensive for the quality and unfinished complex.
