Close vicinity to restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and groceries. There is even a Michelin restaurant two mins walk away. You're short walks to groceries like Franprix, as well as American businesses like Starbucks and McDonald's. Kitchen is bigger than average and fully equipped (induction oven, ref, nespresso coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils) except for cooking condiments, which you can buy from a nearby grocery. Bed is comfortable. Has heating radiators. Washer/dryer unit and towel warmers were appreciated.

TV is for display only (has no channels or casting feature) so it is useless. Apartment is appointed with cheap furnishings and art work. Sofa is old and artwork needs to be updated. Shower set up is odd because the bathroom is narrow. It is elevated by about 6", and with two right angled sliding doors that don't slide all the way, the entry is only about 24-30 inches, which means you'll have to enter sideways at an angle. Couple this with a slippery shower floor so you'll need to be careful when stepping out. While water pressure was excellent, hot shower barely enough for two people. Supplies provided for a 10-day stay were not adequate. While communication via whatsapp was responsive, actual delivery is subcontracted and can be slow so ask before you run out (like toilet paper). The building hallway entry is super dark; instructions should include where the switches are. Closet door needs to be realigned so it closes more easily. They leave a bunch of stuff next to the closet - high chair, vacuum cleaner, extra fan - then cover them with a curtain. This, to us, looks very tacky. And two stand fans need to be replaced as they couldn't stand on their own anymore. No AC so keep this mind.
