We knew it would be cheap, but it was not maintained and facilities did not work as advertised

Price was low.

It smelled of cigarette smoke which clung to you afterwards. It was unhygienic to wash dishes. There was not enough dishes for the beds provided. The washing machine did not have water and so don’t operate while we stayed.

Nothing.

I tried to unlock the entrance using the passcode that was sent to me by message, but no matter how many times I tried, it didn’t work. I contacted the host both by message and by phone. Even though it was late at night, they finally answered on the second call, but they just kept insisting that the passcode was correct and that the auto lock wasn’t broken, so I can’t say their response was good. When I double-checked the passcode they had sent, it turned out to be incorrect after all, and they sent me a new one — but even then, I still couldn’t get in. In the end, I had no choice but to leave the hotel without being able to stay. After that, I tried contacting them again, but they never replied. It was such a frustrating experience. I can’t recommend this place. After that, I tried to find another place to stay, but of course, nowhere was accepting guests that late at night, so I ended up having to stay outside. I even tried to go back to the city center by bus or train, but the last train had already left, and there was nothing I could do. Since I wasn’t able to stay at the accommodation, I would like to request a refund.

My children wanted to go home when we arrived there.. I have no photos from there because I felt staying in a ghetto..

Nothing I was surprised when I got there nothing look like how is seen in the picture.

The room was not well cleaned, it smells, no new sheets, toilets and bathrooms are outside the rooms like 2mins walk from my room to the toilet. Bathrooms are upstairs. And there is nothing to clean with incase u make a mess

mal chegamos no quarto tava tudo desarrumado, panelas sujas com restos de comida incluindo os pratos e copos sujos, as camas desarrumadas na qual uma delas está partida, o cheiro horrível ao entrar no apartamento sem falar que a porta lá embaixo fica toda hora aberta, portanto qualquer pessoa pode entrar a qualquer hora, nunca mais voltarei, os 60€ mais mal pagos na minha vida

Zimmer extrem verdreckt, Kleintiere an der Wand. Stromkabel kommen aus den Wänden (nicht isoliert). 20 Beweisfotos gemacht. Polizeiliche Anzeige läuft und Gesundheitsamt informiert. Mussten abends noch neue Unterkunft aufsuchen. Geld bis heute nicht wieder!

WC a toaleta boli zamknuté a nedalo sa do nich dostať, ani kontakt nebol k dispozícii, na tel. Čísle ubytovateľa bol odkazovač, nik nereagoval na odkaz.

Det var det sämsta jag någonsin har varit med om.

Boendet var inte städat och lakanen inte bytta sedan föregående gäster använt dessa, sängarna obäddade. Tre av sängarna var dessutom trasiga. Vi kunde inte stanna utan tvingades köra vidare mot Puttgarden utan nattvila. Boendet har vägrat att betala tillbaka pengarna och Booking.com vägrar också betala tillbaka våra pengar. Det är skandalöst.

Wij kregen de kans niet eens om dat te ontdekken

Kamer was dubbel geboekt en er was niets anders beschikbaar. Niemand van de accomodatie was bereikbaar. Het ligt ook achteraf in een wijk die ik als niet prettig ervoer. Booking.com heeft weinig tot niets voor ons gedaan.

Das unmögliche Verhalten des Personals, die vor der Unterkunft Drogen konsumieren. Enden und Alkohol trinken Mitbewohner und die Inkompetenz bei der Verlängerung der Aufenthaltszeit.
